Stringvision offers a Ergonomic products for the Cellist
If you’re an active cellist, you’ll understand the significance of Stringvision Keypeg (Posture Peg) for thousands of cellists worldwide. The replacement of peg handles with removable keys has helped cellists move more easily, and has greatly improved the quality of many cellist’s playing experience.
Keypeg is remarkably low profile, elegant, and easy to use. Keypeg is installed by a luthier, and no alteration is made to the cello or scroll itself. The cello's original pegs can be replaced at any time as easily as replacing a string.
Using Keypeg simply means keeping a key in your case and one on your key ring.
The key has a larger surface area (creates more torque when placed in the palm of the hand) so you'll find that it's a bit easier to turn pegs and tune.

Details
Stringvision Keypeg (AKA "Posture Peg") has been in use by thousands of cellists worldwide for over 25 years. Keypeg installation is often requested by professional cellists who play on a daily basis and are drawn to the ergonomic advantages of increased movement, release of tension, and better overall posture.
Keypeg allows the cellist a healthier range of movement by means of removeable peg handles- or the Keypeg "key." The provided keys are usually kept in the users cello case and/or on a keyring unless they are being used for tuning.
Cellists will request one or both of the pegs on the C and G side to be installed. Installation is like that of a standard friction peg, although an adjustable peg shaver is probably better for measuring the camber of the existing peg. The larger end of the stock peg will be a minimum of 14.3 mm, in case there is a question about re-bushing. There are basic installation directions that come with the product.
Some cellists may think they are doing something irreversible to their cello when Keypeg is installed, so it’s probably good to mention that “no alteration is made to the cello or scroll itself, and the original pegs can easily be replaced as easily as replacing a string.”
